Pic1.ai is an AI-powered product photo editing platform that provides:
Free Usage: You may use 3 free previews per day without creating an account. Free previews are 720px resolution with a watermark.
Registered Accounts: Creating an account gives you 5 free credits. Additional credits can be purchased.
Credit Usage: Background removal costs 1 credit. AI scene generation costs 2 credits. Shadows, backgrounds, sizing, and centering are free.
Credit Expiry: Purchased credits never expire.
Refunds: Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
You agree NOT to:
Your Content: You retain all rights to your original images and the processed results. Pic1.ai does not claim ownership of your content.
License to Process: By uploading images, you grant Pic1.ai a temporary, non-exclusive license to process your images for the purpose of providing the Service.
Service IP: The Pic1.ai platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is the intellectual property of Pic1.ai.
Processed images may be used commercially, including for e-commerce listings, advertising, social media, and print materials. There are no restrictions on commercial use of your processed images.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
Pic1.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the preceding 12 months.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pic1.ai operates.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
